Fisherman Concept

Taking what i've learnt from rendering, i've applied that to this concept of a local resident who lives and fishes at a local Lagoon.

Had a lot of fun designing and painting this character.

The character is based on an old design.

The colours are dull and muted, the shapes are not pronounced enough and the style didn't feel right to me.

I wanted the design to be more colourful and fun, so here is the break down of how it did it.

I feel this is much better :) the colours are bright, warm and colourful.

The style is a better fit for the goofy design.
